Chez Nous is a gourmet catering company founded in New Orleans in 1981. For over 42 years we’ve been creating delicious food and customized menus for all types of occasions. Since it’s inception, Chez Nous has been committed to providing its customers with the very best local fare prepared with the freshest ingredients and specially tailored to our clients needs & restrictions. About Benjamin Tanet

As a lifelong resident of New Orleans Benjamin discovered while studying at Loyola New Orleans his love of cooking working for Edwina Costley at Chez Nous Charcuterie. Working hand in hand with the original Chef Ronnie Thompson he learned about New Orleans cooking. After completing his degree in Business Administration, he purchased Chez Nous Charcuterie in 1991 and while maintaining the original concept as one of the original gourmet-to-go places in New Orleans he has grown the company further into a full-service catering provider. Catering offers him the creativity he enjoys when dealing with event concepts, menu, and décor.
